Changes to the Daily Forum Digest E-mail

fiogf49gjkf0d I've made a few changes to the Daily Forum Digest e-mail.
- The code has been updated to get rid of some weird rendering problems some members have received
- The e-mail now provides a link to view the contents online (in a browser) in case you cannot read the formatted HTML in the e-mail
- The digest shows reply, quote, view, links with every item mentioned in the e-mail
- Each item listed in the digest will show the title & starting description for the actual item refered to. That is, if it is a new post, it shows the new post's text. However, if it is a reply, it will show the text from the reply (previously it only showed the text from the first post in the thread) but indicated it had replies). If a new post has replies, it will only list the new post. If a post has multiple new replies it will show the latest reply only.
