Minor site updates and code of conduct

Fixed a few things here and there (nothing too major though - but some of those changes are coming). You are now only able to send an e-mail to someone via their profile if logged in as a member. However, the most significant change is that the site now has an official code of conduct. Previously, there was only a code of conduct listed for the forums. Now the code of conduct applies to the entire site.
Anyway, I wanted to make everyone aware. View the code of conduct.
