Hi Slx users,

When i try to Atach a file for the Account, Add Attachment form oocurs and shows up
the File path and size.

When i click 'Ok ' and submit the Atachment, the Error Message comes up saying,

' Unable to Save file to save file to Specified atchment directory [\\Saleslogix\Attachments\].
contact your system admin.'

There is no question in your post, but I imagine that you are asking why such a message would appear.

Sounds like you do not have network access to the (necessarily) shared folder \\Saleslogix\Attachments\ and contacting your system admin is, indeed, a good idea so that the folder access permissions can be sorted out.

Things to look into:

Is this a valid path?
Do you (and all SLX Users) have the correct permissions to it?

If you are in charge of configuring permissions for this Share, keep in mind that you have to configure both the File Level and Sharing Permissions. In other words, you could setup the Sharing Permissions to "Everyone Full Control", but if a given user doesn't have permissions to the Folders he/she won't have access to it.
