Hi Slx users,

I have upgraded the saleslogix application from version 6.2 to 7.5.
When i do a lookup on campaign, i get the Saleslogix.exe error .

Here is the error information for reference:
-------------------------------------------------
Exception : Exception
TLookupControl : LookipID cannot be Empty

Exception location: [00B6B0E3]{SalesLogix.exe}

Need help to fix the error ?

Thanks in advance.

My guess is one of three things:
A) The screen doing the campaign lookup is not a 7.5 version
B) Some DB schema components are missing
C) One of the built in SLX functions is missing.

Without knowing your upgrade procedure it is really difficult to troublehsoot this. Did you follow the upgrade implementation guides instructions? Are you missing a bundle or application update? Is the wrong version of a plugin released?
