Error - trmGUICheck > Access Violation at address ---- in module 'Architect.exe'. Read of address ----.

We have three SLX DBs - Dev, Test & Prod. Last Friday I was developing the Opportunity Detail Plugin in our Dev environment in Architect. I saved it with a new version number, released it, tested it and everything was fine.
When I opened the plugin on Monday I received the following error in a window named 'Architect' - "trmGUICheck". When I pressed OK I received another error, "Access Violation at address 0069B030 in module 'Architect.exe'. Read of address 061502A4." The address of 0069B030 comes up the same every time. The other address changes every time.
I never received this error before on any plugin in any of our DBs. But now I receive this error whenever I open any version of the Opportunity Detail plugin that I ever created in Dev, Test AND Prod. This does not happen when I open an older SalesLogix version of this form.
The version that this happened to is currently released in our Dev SLX Client environment and when testing as a client user I am not getting any errors. Everything seems fine on the client side in Dev, Test & Prod.
In Architect, I even tried copying the OppPanel & scripts over to a New Opportunity Form, saved it & released it. I closed Architect, re-opened this new version & got the same errors.
Questions:
1.) Does anyone know what could have caused this? 2.) Is there a way of fixing this or making the errors go away without creating a new 'opportunity form' from scratch? 3.) Is there anything else I should consider or research that I did not mention above?
Thanks.
