Mail Merge SDK - E-mail Merge - oSLXDocument.AddAttachment()Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I have developed a replacement for the standard SalesLogix Mail Merge functionality using the information in the SalesLogix Mail Merge SDK – An In Depth Example.

In my code I have passed through an array containing the full path and file names of the e-mail attachments to be included in the E-mail merge. I then extract each item in the array and call the objSLXDocument.AddAttachment() function. However I get a Type Mismatch: ‘AddAttachment’ error when trying to use objSLXDocument.AddAttachment(arrEmailAttachments(intIndex)).

Any ideas on how I need to use that function correctly? Here is a code snippet...

'Add Email Attachments...
If UBound(arrEmailAttachments) >= 0 Then
oSLXDocument.MailMergeInformation.OverrideAttachments = True
For intIndex = 0 To UBound(arrEmailAttachments)
oSLXDocument.AddAttachment(arrEmailAttachments(intIndex))
Next
Else
oSLXDocument.MailMergeInformation.OverrideAttchments = False
End If
