Hi,

I’m new in SLX implementation.

I'm having trouble with the "Manage Alternate Addresses" Form.
When I try to add a new address for a new Account and click on OK, SLX gives me this error:

Error calling method cmdAddClick
Error in IDispatch.Invoke(): 0x80020101

Analyzing the code I saw that the execution stops in the “Manage Alternate Addresses" Form at this If

If objDetail.Script.IsPrimaryAddress Then
gStrPrimaryChangedID = strAddressID
End If

It loses objDetail ref or something like that. I think so because I also tried to create a dummy function and calling it instead of IsPrimaryAddress function and it gave me the same error. Anyway before the If statement, objDetail is used to call “Add-Edit Address” Intit, the form is well called and works fine.

I customized the “Add-Edit Address” form, just adding a new drop down, I didn't deleted/modified Primary Address checkbox.

I'm using ver 7.5.2.2151.

Can somebody please advise?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot for your help, I figured out what the problem was.
There were some msgbox command around, because I was fixing another issue. They were causing that error message. I don't know why, I just removed all of them trying to understand what the problem was and the the error weren't there anymore.
Cheers
Graziella
