Odd error: Could not find data for the plugin?
Posted: 30 Mar 10 4:59 AM
Hello folks,
I have an odd problem that's started happening to new users I create in SLX.
We have a set of SLX addons (Eventix) for which one view has stopped working. I'm not familiar with the error so am not sure where to start.
The error is:
Form had an error...
Could not find the data for the Eventix:EVXE_CourseMain plugin,
0x1 @0: Form Eventix:EVXE_CourseMain
OK
The form is accessed from a menu item in Tools > Manage...
The form is released to Everyone, and the other related forms work for everyone.

Is this happenning on Remotes?
I recall a similar issue with some plugins if they are released to a Team after the remote DB was created, and in that case the fix was to release it to the specific user.
On the other hand, you may want to review the Plugin table directly to make sure that there are no issues there.
And, you could also run SLX Profiler while generating this error and get the exact SQL statement that is being executed to retreive this plugin.
