I am currently running slx 7.5.2 and I have a remote user that acces saleslogix through citrix. When he tries to open an attachment he receives the following error.
An erro occured executing active form script(Account:Attachments).
Error in include script(SYSTEM:ATTACHMENT SUPPORT): ActiveX component can't create object: 'SLXMMGui.MailMergeGui' at line 185, char 5.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it? Is there something that needs to be configured differently on our Citrix server?

It is looking for the ActiveX components for Mail Merge.

I would make sure that they exists on the Citrix server and that they are properly registered (slmn.dll)
