HI All,

In Slx version 6.2, When i change my opportunity 'assigned_to' field, auto history get generated. The History displays the user name changed on the assigned_to field.

But in version 7.5 , the History displays the UserID instead of the UserName . How can i make the History display USername instead of UserID? Do i have to make any chnages on the Slx client side. Pls suggest me the changes.

Change the Format property on the field to User Name.

Thank you for the reply.

But how can i change the property on Notes field of history table . I have issue with the Notes field.

For example : i have history like "Assigned_To : UD9EAOOOOK old value : UD9EAOOOOM " , How can i make the userid display username in Notes field of history table. Unlike the normal userid field which can be manipulated to display username.
