Hi All,

I get the following error message "An Error occurred executing active form script (Contact:Notes-History). Error in include script (SYSTEM:NOTES-HISTORY COMMON): Could no establish connection with SLXServer. Check server is running and PORT is correct at line 493, char 5."

I got this message in one of terminal servers we use for Slx but other terminal servers working fine with out this issue.

If any one have encountered the issue pls suggest to fix the issue.
