Only last name when using write - email

After an upgrade from 6.2 to 7.5.2 our default mail merge template (outlook) now only shows the last name for the display name when using Write -> Email. When using templates, such as the 'base email' template, I get the full contact name. In options I have the base email set as the default template.
If anyone would please provide some direction on this I would appreciate it. |

Just as a follow up, this doesn't happen in the Web client. So, for example, if the contact's name is John Doe when anyone performs Write -> Email from the SLX lan client they get Doe as the address. In the Web client when we do the same action we get Doe, John . I would like the lan client to do the latter. Is this difference normal or do I have something potentially set up wrong?

This is a known problem introduced in SLX 7.5.1. Sage has it in their bug tracking system as defect number 1-72917 (tracking number 108871) with a medium severity level. Sage claims that a hotfix is forthcoming. |
