I often use the OnValidate event to run code before a record is saved. Is there anything like that for Main Views instead of Forms?

What's happening is, I'm using an InputBox to get user comments about the changes they make. If I use OnValidate in forms, and they edit different forms in the Main View, each form puts out an input box. I only need one, for the entire main view. Is their an event that does that? I already tried OnCloseQuery. The help file talks about Global Script Events, which I've never understood... can they do things like this?

It looks like OnCloseQuery fires before closing the view or doing another search on the current Main View. Did you try OnBeforeRecordClose?
