I have to add a new field(Check box) on the Contact form and that field needs to be unique to that account. (like Primary contact for an account which is always unique)

How can we achieve this without handling it in click event?

We are trying to have similar functionality like primary contact checkbox if possible. we are on SalesLogix 7.0.

Any ideas? Suggestions?
