Hey I have been having a hard time locating the following.

A given users manager would be located under which table and column. Also, where can I find a given Team's name.

In case you needed to know.

Manager is in the USERSECURITY table and MANAGERID column.
Team information can be found in the SECCODE and SECRIGHTS tables.

I see you answered your own question here.

Yes, the User's Manager is stored on the UserSecurity table.
The Teams info is stored on the Seccode table.
The security Membership is stored on the SecRights and SeccodeJoins table.
