Trying to Add Search by Fax in Convert Qualified Lead (System: Convert Lead) Check for MatchesYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

This one's a bit baffling.

I'm trying to add a filter condition in the Convert Lead popup to enable me to check against FAX numbers. Unfortunately FAX was not included in the existing filter list, nor was it in the LeadInfo class (System: SLX Lead Info).

I added the filter object to "match by fax number", added the fax column into the queries and grids, and modified the LeadInfo class to have methods to get and set the fax number. As it is right now, however, objLI.Fax in Convert Lead comes up null, even though there is definitely data in the FAX field of the Leads table. I'm missing something. One thing that really confuses me is that Convert Lead uses the statement "Set objLI = LeadInformation" to get the object, but I can't figure out where LeadInformation (which I assume is an instance of LeadInfo) is actually coming from. That would likely solve the mystery.

Or am I missing something else that's obvious?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
