How to add values to datagrid directly????

I created new table under opportunity table. Then i created a datagrid in Sales Process page and binded with that table.
Now I want to add values to datagrid, if anyone knows, Please help me.......^.^V

Create the records for the underlying table in a script, refresh the grid.
