Adding a custom key-sequence to SITEKEYS for a new table?Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Hello,

I have created a new "module" for SLX, and would like to use a separate key sequence than the default "other". Is it possible to add my own table to SITEKEYS, with a different prefix, to get a new sequence of keys?

I don't mean to excite you with a reply that doesn't in fact answer the question at all, I just wanted to add my DEEP Desire to know if this is viable (or what the steps would be) myself. A call goes out then to the SLX Gurus!

The answer to your question is No.

SLX has a hardcoded list of tables that it resolves, and any table name that it doesn't recognize goes to the "Other" key.

It's a clear situation I guess  At least now I can report back "no" and just forget about it.  Thanks.
