TicketHistory table.

This may be a dumb question, but does anyone know how the TicketHistory table gets populated? I don't see where and how it is happening in the LAN client.

Take a look at the Journal tab under the Tickets family.

I have seen that table. How does the LAN client know to populate it? I don't see it mentioned in code anywhere.
