creating tickets by code

fiogf49gjkf0d I am looking to create a series of tickets whenever I close an opportunity, basically scheduling my project manager and developers to start work on the project. Does anyone have code where they've done this before. It seems quite tricky when dealing with the ticket numbers / site keys.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,
dave |

fiogf49gjkf0d Yes, I have done this in the past - send me an email (primarily to remind me, as I'm not close to a system right now!) and I'll send what I have. It's actually fairly easier, provided you mean the code is from within SLX (or did you mean an external app?) |

fiogf49gjkf0d Yes internal to slx. When I close an opp, I want to create about 7 tickets assigned to teams. What is your email address?
thanks,
