Just want to ask, aside from Administrator Saleslogix, how do we know if one concurrent user is currently log? 

I'm facing a problem now the concurrent user cannot logged because the system prompts that "there are no concurrent licenses available for use"

but  as per checking in Administrator,  no currently concurrent user logged in

your kind advice will appreciated very much.

What version and what hot fixes of SLX? Be very specific as there are several known 'cases' where the concurrent user count is WRONG, and you know you've only got 9 people logged in, 10 concurrent licenses, and the 10th person can't log in. Certain programs were being counted in the license use.....not users.....but services......
