Hi,

Do you know, is there a standard function in SLX to manage user absences, like vacation? And does it include replacement rules for these users?

Reason: I am creating (automatically) activities and would like not to create them for users currently in absence. Of course it is no problem to create a small table and program all this - but if there is already something I dont want to reinvent the wheel.

Thank you
Marty

Start with EVENTS which are by UserID.....Some of us have programmed (vbScript) Holiday creators which are mass creation of Events for every USERID that's active......knowledgesync or Task Centre are great for this.....

You'll probably end up like the rest of us with creating an all day To Do for each user.....and User_Activity record...
