I might be missing the basics here.. But i'm facing a major problem.. For one of our users, some the tabs in the Account Screen/Dashboard went missing. He was able to view it before, but now he's not able to see those views..

Saleslogix version 6.2
I have two questions here..!!

Why the tabs went missing all of a sudden?
How to add the tabs to the visibility range to that user?

Similarly I have heard instances where some of the fields gone missing all of a sudden. I cannot find the logic reason behind the anomalies..!!
