Dear all

We built some custom module in slx 7.0 and we are having a form like insert tickets. I am having small requirement. After user filled the entire information on that form for insertion when ever he clicked on o.k button he need to switch to a list view of one specified group. I have written code to switch over to main view which will show that record but i need to switch over to list view of specified group

Pls help any body if you know the solution

This switches the group (eg to Account:Customers):

application.BasicFunctions.SetCurrentClientGroup "Account:Customers"

This switches to list view:

application.BasicFunctions.DoInvoke "Function", "View:ListDetail"

I got this straight out of the help documentation - never had to do it myself, but it's very easy for a SLX developer to work out. I would suggest that you try and get yourself on some developer training asap if you are going to have to do this sort of work in future.

--Edit--

PS AFAIK, most of the people reading these forums monitor all of the posted content. That means that it is generally unnecessary to post the same question several times. Actually, I recommend that you do not do this, as you will find that different people answer the same question in different threads - potentially wasting their time, if they are answering a question that has already been answered elsewhere.
