Is there a control that will allow a user to paste a screenshot into a support ticket form?

We use Snag-it for capturing screen shots. http://www.techsmith.com/screen-capture.asp

This allows capture of the entire screen or just specific windows or areas (even scrolling windows). Captures can be anotated, highlighed, etc. The product can be used as a COM server so it can be controlled from Slx. We have not implemented the automation, the users can just press akey combination from whatever screen they are on and paste the capture into a ticket (or an email). Our users are petty happy with this product. Cost is very reasonable.

Thanks Dan for the post. Snag-it is great for capturing the screenshots. Techsmith also has a tool, Camtasia, we use create training videos which captures screen movement with voiceovers. My problem is how to paste the screenshot into a ticket within SLX. I tried the rich text control; however it seems to only format written text and does not support pasting screenshots. What I need to learn is what control to use, even if it is a third party control, and then how to save it to the database in a format that can be redisplayed.

We had a request from the customer to take a screen shot of a Dashboard and route it to the printer......

we never came up with a solution other than SnagIT and go......

would love to have this 'automated'.

I am able to capture the screenshots with only print screen. I just can't paste it into the RTF control to save it. I am looking at third party controls that will allow pasting screenshots.

What the customer wanted was click on an SLX button....automatically grab a portion of the screen and print it....
