I created an Account Form which works fine and is released. When I go to the Account Detail screen "More Tabs" and click on my forms name, the More Tabs tab takes the name of my form. If I drag my form to the tab bars I wind up with two tabs with my name (and no More Tabs).
The renamed tab still WORKS like the More Tabs.

I've tried unreleasing and re-releasing.
I've also tried Resetting my Main View Tabs in Architect/Client Options.
When I do this and do Ctrl-F5 or Ctrl-O in the Client, the More Tabs is initially there, but as soon as I click on or drag my form to the tab bar I get the same problem.
