Hi,

I have a problem that when a user searches for a surname (contact list view), and then selects Select records to save as group, the following error occurs:

Line 121 'Expandable' is null or not an object.

And the checkboxes do not appear.

Bizarrely enough the template and the grid (con_con and searchcondata) are base, so unchanged.

Anybody seen this before?

Many thanks,
Nick

From the SLX support site:

"SalesLogix Service Pack 3 Hot Fix 2 (v6.2.3) corrects an issue in the SalesLogix Web Client in which lookup results cannot be saved as a group."

it replaces querybuilder.js.

The hotfix files don't reference your exact error message, but it sounds the same.

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the response - I should have added the below to it:

It works OK on our version of our customers system, but not on theirs (we have the same slxweb folder so js files must be the same).

The only difference I can think is that they have a slightly different version slxwebdll, but wouldnt have thought the dll got involved here (all javascript). But I shall get them to try hot fix 2 anyway.

Many thanks

Nick
