Hi All,

Our Admin user is locked, can anyone advise a quick way to release the lock on the account.

I have tried Administrator, but it just tells me the user is logged in?

Is there a quick SQL or Saleslogix way to release a user account?

Is this your prod system? if not , do and IISRESET and your good.

Otherwise also, the id is locked for like 2 minutes or so and after that you can logon..
