Could not load type 'Sage.Platform.Framework.SessionScopeWebModule'

| I was working on a virtual machine - the AA froze in the middle of deploying the web site. I shut down with task manager, shut everything down and rebooted. Rebuilt interfaces, ctrl Build Web platform and redeployed. Error persists.. any thoughts? |

Steve, make sure there is a file "Sage.Platform.dll" under the bin directory of the deployed website. Also make sure the version is 7.2.2.1902 and the file should be about 540kb (give or take... I think I made a few changes to mine so yours might be a slightly different size). It sounds like the ASP.NET is having trouble loading a class from that file. Sometimes I have to delete the entire directory to get it to redeploy correctly.
If all that looks correct look at the traceback hopefully there will be a bit more detailed info about why exactly it is not able to load the type. |
