Programmatically control tabs

hi,
how to programmatically control tabs from usercontrol.
Eg:-
i have 5 tab controls.In first tab i placed
a next button.If i click the next button,it should
go to second tab.These 5 tab controls are having
user controls(i.e ascx pages).
