I have an environment with users receiving an odd error when they click on Activity Reminders from the left navbar.
The error hits when trying to open weburl/ActivityReminders.aspx

"The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime.
Parameter name: value
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime.
Parameter name: value"

It seems like this would be some data dependency or issue with a variable being passed. It seems so far to be user specific, so maybe something in useroptions. Just reaching out to see if there are any ideas from the group?

Found the cause, although not the full explanation. At some point historically a few users managed to default meetings to Alrm True but no alarmtime set for at least one activity. If any 1 or more activities in a set have this underlying data it blows up the reminders window. I adjusted the data and things work well now. Still no explanation of how these meetings were set with alarms but no alarmtime though.

By any chance, have you experienced this error with contact groups.

We are getting this error as well.

Haven't had this on contacts, but if it's a similar error I would check for NULLs in the create/modifydate fields, and any date fields in your conditions/layout/sorting for those groups.

I have also found that sometimes the Recurrence data gets "corrupted". In those cases, I typically set the activity to No Recurrence, and then restore the recurrence settings and it works correctly.

What happens is that SLX is "expanding" or "calculating" the activity recurrences to determine the startdate for the next ocurrence. In order to do so, it would use the Recurrence data, and when it fails to parse it it blows up with this problem.
Similar things could happen with the Alarm time. Again, the system tries to work with the field and if it is null it will break.
