Please Help! Error executing active form script

| I have a remote client who is recieving an error message everytime he clicks the 'Attachment' tab. "An error occurred executing active form script (Account:Attachments). Error in include script (System:Attachment Support): Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment: 'objMMGUI.GetWebWriteMenu' at line 187, char 11". Using the Sage KB, I ensured that 7.2 SP2 was installed and as far as I can tell, the plug-ins are release to 'Everyone'. I can't seem to resolve these issues. However, the client is running 7.2.0.1501 and the 'Administrator' and 'Architect' are running 7.2.2.1871. How would I go about upgrading the remote client to run the same version? Thanks in advance for any help. |

| You will need to distribute the Sage SalesLogix Remote Office 7.2 SP2.msp. Have the client run the msp to upgrade. Then complete a sync cycle. I have in the past had to re-cut a remote database if the user attempted a sync after the main database had been upgrade and before they had upgrade the local client. I think there is a PDF in the SP2 zip file. . |
