Has this ever been fixed? We are currently developing a Customer Portal in 7.5.3 and are having a lot of inconsistancies with the default login page. Sometimes for a user, it will log in and take them to one of the Ticket Lists and other times it will log them in and take them to a blank default.aspx page showing only "Sage Customer Portal" as a title.
is there any way to force it for each user to, say, default to the Web Portal Open Tickets list view?
