On a production database we are getting the following error:
Error when trying to access the route : "The entity you have requested cannot be located - ID: Q6UJ9A0009J0"
When we click on a route in the list view.

route is a custom entity that we added. We don't get this error on our development database.
We've debugged into it in vs and the route entity just disappears for no reason. It happens on all entities of this type.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I just had this on the Account page. Turns out it was because a field had been deleted from the database. When I looked in Update Properties it showed up as Invalid. I removed it, Built, Deployed and no more message. Hope this helps.

Additionally, this can also happen if an extension table is missing from the Entity you're trying to open. For example, I got this when I forgot an Account extension table was missing from my bundle, and my test system couldn't find any Accounts. Or it was because the test system had extension entities I'd not deleted.

TLDR: Ensure SLx can find fields and extension tables it expects to be able to find.

It may not be related to what you are seeing, but I was getting similar "The entity you have requested cannot be located" messages on contact and opportunity entities which had custom extended entities associated with them. The errors disappeared after installing all of the available hot fixes for 7.5.1 (not sure which one did the trick, as they were all installed at the same time).
