[7.5][EVENT] Change owner

Hi,
I would like to know the best way to change the owner (seccodeid) of an opportunity by another one.
The new owner must be found by a query.
In the event afterInsert I tried:
an oledb connection to my database but I got a reference error (System.Data).
an external assembly but I don't know how to get the opportunityid.

Getting the opportunityid is easy:
//Get Current OpportunityID
Sage.Entity.Interfaces.IOpportunity myoppid = this.BindingSource.Current as Sage.Entity.Interfaces.IOpportunity;
