Both our Web Client Login and Customer Portal login stopped working a couple of days ago.

We can get to the login screen, but if you type in your credentials and press "Log On", absolutely nothing happens. It doesn't even seem to try to contact the web server, it seems the postback is not working at all.

I've gone through the web deployment manual and everything seems to be set up correctly.

One little thing I've noticed is the Version # on all my windows client apps (Administrator, Architect, etc.) are 7.2.2.1871, while the web login screen has version 7.2.2.1902.

I don't get an error, just nothing happens, the "Log On" button seems to be a dummy.

Did you apply Framework 3.5 SP2? (not sure if SP1 does this as well).

This is a known issue, and SLX has a KB detailing how to fix it.

Sounds like you've recently installed .NET 3.5 on the server.
