Application archictect error when builiding web platform -- Done building project "Sage.SnippetLibrary.vbproj" -- FAILED.

Dear All,
I would like to seeking your advise on following error I hit when I click build web platform
INFO - Build started.
INFO - Project "Sage.SnippetLibrary.vbproj" (default targets):
ERROR - E:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Microsoft.Common.targets(2313,9):Unable to copy file "obj\Debug\Sage.SnippetLibrary.VB.dll" to "E:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Sage\Platform\Output\Sage.SnippetLibrary.VB\bin\Sage.SnippetLibrary.VB.dll". Could not find file 'obj\Debug\Sage.SnippetLibrary.VB.dll'.
INFO - Done building project "Sage.SnippetLibrary.vbproj" -- FAILED.
INFO - Build FAILED
