v7.5.1 - Trying to use salesprocess code in business rule but getting errors

I am trying to create a sales process after an opportunity has been inserted. I lifted the code that is executed when you select a sales process from the tab on the opportunity details screen.
When i try to build i am getting the following error:
The type or namespace name 'Saleslogix' does not exist in the namespace 'Sage' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
I have added %BASEBUILDPATH%\assemblies\Sage.SalesLogix.BusinessRules.dll to the codesnippets.xml file but i still get the error.
Here are the references from my code
#region Usings using System; using Sage.Entity.Interfaces; using Sage.SalesLogix.SalesProcess; #endregion Usings

I understand the desire to achieve this as a Business Rule, but you may as well execute this within the Server Side code for the Insert Opportunity form.
This is code sample from 7.2, but I believe it should work on 7.5 with little (if any) modifications. I added it to the cmdSave_Click event on a Custom copy of the Insert Opportunity form:
_entity.Save(); string opportunityId = _entity.Id.ToString(); // After Entity Save, retrieve the Opportunity ID string pluginID = ddLSalesProcess.SelectedItem.Value; // Get the Process ID from Drop Down control ISalesProcesses salesProcess = Sage.Platform.EntityFactory.Create(); //Create an ISalesProcess object salesProcess.InitSalesProcess(pluginID, opportunityId); // Instantiate the process
