Hi
(1) There are a number of options for this: If you need to this change for Everyone, make sure you log onto Saleslogix as the admin. click on the ticket button; get into the list view; there are 2 options within the top right of the list view, one is to switch to a different Group. The other is to View the Group options, click on this button which will show a list of options.
Then click on the Edit, this will open the Query Builder. In this Query Builder select the Layout Tab.

The Layout Tab has a top view = the options to from the Query Builder to add to the list view. The bottom which contains a layout the each list view that is in columns (same as your list view). Click within the column WorkPhone, then right-click = will show some more options, select edit. This will give options to edit and here you can change the name WorkPhone in the caption to another name.
The same for your Area, Category and Issue.

When you click on the Properties Tab, you can change the Tab name here.

If the other users don't see the changes then click on the on the button that you first used to open the Query Builder and select Share Group. This will bring up a window of who you want to share this with. If it is Everyone, then select Everyone and click ok. The other users will then see the change, if not use ctrl & f5 for a screen refresh.

Sorry, This is mainly for the LAN Architect. But it should work the same way if I am not mistaken for the Web client as well?
