Hi,

My users complain about performance in every entity.
There is almost no customization.
The hardware is ok and they are directly connected via the LAN network;

Do you have some advices?

Thanks
Charles

There are several things to look into:

First of all, always deploy the site precompiled.
Second, the fact that it isn't customized doesn't mean that the system is optimal. You need to look at it from multiple angles:
- SQL Database: Run the SQL Profiler and look at the execution times. If you have too many statements taking too long to execute, you may need additional indexes (or to update existing ones).
- IIS settings: Are your servers shared or exclusive for SalesLogix? Are you running VM Images? Are you using Compressions and Caching?
- Browser settings and rendering performance on the client machines. Sometimes this is ignored, but rendering and java script execution could make a site appear slow on a lower end pc.
