Grid Tabs - Selecting Rows?

Is it possible to make the rows selectable in a grid.
For example: A user is browsing an account and is viewing the contacts in the contacts tab. They select 3 of the 5 contacts in the tab, hit a button that says email, and then it opens an email addressed to those contacts selected. |

The SLXGridView is based on the GridView and as far as Ican tell, it doesn't allow multiselect.
Never the less, you could Add a column with Checkboxes to allow the User to select multiple rows.
