I have been running 7.5 with SQL 2008 with no issues, however, I am not running remotes.
If you are considering remote users, then you will have to reconsider it as you could run into issues when cutting and attaching remote databases.

Pandi:
I misread your previous post, and just realize it.
When it comes to remote clients, then you need to consider that their Database is going to be running on SQL Express, and unless you install 2K8 express, it will be 2K5. I don't know if there are any issues on cutting a remote on 2K8 and attaching it to SQL Express 2K5, so I would suggest you start by exploring that path first.
I would suggest you first configure this scenario on a test environment and make sure that it works before and that it is easy to manage before deploying it on Customer Site.

We have the same setup, but were informed that we had to buy or find an old server after getting this one w/ a lot of extra power, because Crystal Embeded server is not supported on 2008 yet, that or we wouldn't be able to do reports... Are you having any issues with the reporting or using crystal embeded server on 08?
