Hi all,
I'm trying to create ad hoc groups on the fly. This is based on a custom functionality where the user enters some filtering criteria, the system looks up the ids that match it, and creates an ad hoc group with those ids. The problem is that the Group API is showing quite inconsistent behaviour, sometimes, despite the fact that the group was *supposedly* correctly created (the api returns a new groupid, etc), the resulting group is empty and worse, apparently corrupt, since when i try to edit it in query builder (by right-clicking on the tab, and choosing "edit") i get an awful error.

Any thoughts/experiences on this?
