Is there any option to make certain tabs visible and remaining tabs should go to Moretabs section under Account details? If so we have around 12 tabs which should be always visible by default and remaing tabs should move to Moretabs section. Please let me know if anybody got any idea.

Although there is probably a way to programatically do this, there is no way to do so through the App Architect.

You can define how many tabs to allow to be visible at the same time (DefaultVisibleTabCount), and you could also define a Default tab (OverrideActiveTab). This is done on the Template Properties for the Portal Pages.
