Customization in .Net
Posted: 27 Jul 09 8:31 AM
I want to develop a new custom form in .Net and i need to import that in to Saleslogix.
For that, i have added some register tags in the aspx pages.
I tried to add the saleslogix controls in my .Net toolbar.
But i could not do that.
I tried to write the code for that control in aspx file directly in the source code, and try to view that control in design mode.
But says that, error in creating control, error in rendering control.
I tried to open an existing saleslogix page. Even that page also showing the same error.
Please let me know what i have to do to get those controls properly and it in my toolbar.
Thanks
-Pandi.

Are you trying to view your control in App Architect or in Visual Studio?
I have created User Cotntrols and Server Composite Controls with no issues on .Net.
Also, the Rendering errors typically relate to the control not having Design Time support.
