Hi
I've reinstalled SLX v7.5, new database, and new website, but I still receive this unhandled exception:
Any assistance on how to solve this? This exception only occurs when I click on the menu items on the Nav bar.

I believe this re-registering the groupTranslator.dll may clear your issue.

Hi
Great it has resolved the /getUserPref error... Thanks
but now when I click on the accounts tab, i get the following message box:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?
Line: 10
Error: The data necessary to complete this operation is not yet available.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Could this be because the data is too large and IE has timedout?
I'm using the slx_eval database.
