In Customer Portal (751) - using SpeedSearch - Results -
If the Client User has rights to see the ticket, then they see the Pretty Key Variant. However if they do not have these rights since the ticket is "Owned" by another company, then they get the actual TICKETID. We would like them always to see Ticket Number.

As a side note, I noticed a posting where it stated that in later versions, speedsearch results MAY be filtered to ONLY show the tickets for the current account. I hope this will be a SELECTABLE option, since we cleansed out data so that it was "safe" to viewed by everyone.
