Saving Account saves Ticket?

Hi all
Another strange one for you. We've got a small dialog which launches from the Ticket screen, it's there to show basic information about the Account and to enable to user to modify these details whilst in a Ticket. We've noticed some strange behaviour when the dialog's save event is called (this is Account.Save()) whereby the current open Ticket is also saved, however this is missing some functionality that we have added before the save event.
The only work-around we can think of is to enforce our modified save before the dialog is opened, thereby ensuring that everything we want to happen is happening.
Any ideas?
