Hi ,
I was trying to add a new Entity in Saleslogix web. I did following steps but still I am not able to see the form on webclient under "Bank" navigation button. when I click on Bank button it shows me a blank form. Please advise. Steps followed by me are given below:
1. Created an independent table named Banks in Database manager
2. Entity >> Saleslogix Application Entity
Created entity banks Build Interface Create three forms – Bank Details, Bank Tabs and Insert Bank ( All three were binded to database) Build web platform 3. Portal Manager >> Sage Saleslogix
Menu >> New >> Add Menu Item “Banks” >> Navigate URL == Banks.aspx?modeid=Ins Context Menu – New Bank, Lookup Bank, Create new group Navigation >>Sales >> Add >> banks >> Navigate URL == Banks.aspx Pages >> Banks Data >> Add smart Part >> Bank Details , Ban Tabs Added Modules >> Sage.Saleslogix.client.modules.groupviewermodule Pages >>Insert Bank >> Add smart Part >> Insert Bank Deploy Website
Thanks, Rathor |

Did you set the 'Show In Mode' and 'Target Workspace' for the SmartParts you added to your Banks page? You need to tell the Main View page where it should display your SmartParts (e.g. tab, dialog), and in what mode (e.g. while in Detail view). |
