Users being logged out

Hi all
We've got a user on a live product (7.5.1) who is consistently logged out after 20 minutes, despite what his automatic logout settings are set to. This isn't a local machine issue as we can replicate it locally.
Any ideas what might be causing this to happen, anywhere you'd recommend looking?

The 20 minutes may be signaling some set timeout on the Web Server, so I would suggest you look into them.
Also, look into Hotfix 23 for 7.5.1 |

This is only affecting a single user though, we have a couple of hundred other users who are not affected. Could this still be a web server issue?
Would hotfix 23 have been encompassed in 24 or will it be in SP2? If it's in SP2, we'll hold on until then.

Unless stated, hotfixes typically don't cover other hotfixes so you need to keep that in mind.
Have you looked into the DB to confirm that there are no issues with this users's setting? Maybe the setting is corrupted or there are dual entries for it...

The only unusual thing about the users entry in the database was that the optionid was the same as the userid - but this appears to be the same for every user. Judging by the create date this was part of the database upgrade from 6.2, but our local dev system doesn't have the same situation (this was also a 6.2 database upgraded to 7.5) unless the 7.5.1 upgrader is different? Unfortunately I'm not the one who did the upgrading.
I've deleted that entry so that it should be recreated next time the user logs on, we'll go from there.
What did hotfix 23 cover?
